1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the vk01n platform and its users. By browsing the vk01n website (https://vk01n.lat), creating an account, or using any of its services, you are fully agreeing to these Terms.

Definitions of some key terms used in this document are provided below:

• "Platform" — The vk01n website, mobile site, and all related services.
• "User" or "Player" — Any person who holds a registered account on vk01n.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds held in a user's account.
• "Bonus" — Any additional credit or reward granted by vk01n.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use services on the vk01n platform, users must meet the following conditions:

• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
• You must have an active bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your own name.

2.1 Account Security

Keeping your login password and personal information fully confidential is your own responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact vk01n support immediately.

3 Account Management

A vk01n account is entirely personal and non-transferable. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, or by a third party, is strictly prohibited.

• Funds held in an account do not earn any interest.
• vk01n may impose an administrative fee on accounts that remain inactive for an extended period — users will be notified in advance in such cases.
• If any suspicious activity is detected on an account, vk01n reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account during the course of an investigation.

3.1 Verification Process

vk01n may verify a user's identity before their first withdrawal or when a specified amount is exceeded. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Payment methods currently accepted at vk01n: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits are generally reflected in the account instantly.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. You must use a mobile wallet registered in your own name when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the mobile wallet used to make the deposit.

• vk01n reserves the right to hold withdrawals and suspend accounts if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if verification is pending.
• After each withdrawal is successfully processed, the user will be notified via an in-app notification.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

vk01n offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 and a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

• Not all game bets may count equally toward wagering calculations — please read the details of each bonus offer.
• Bets placed with bonus balance count only toward meeting wagering requirements.
• If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings earned through it will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

vk01n's VIP program has five tiers:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — Up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Gold — Up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Platinum — Up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Diamond — Up to 0.8% cashback per week

5.4 General Bonus Policy

vk01n reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Claiming the same bonus more than once or attempting to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

6 Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

vk01n is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating an account with false information or concealing your identity.
• Playing fraudulently using software, bots, automation tools, or any technical advantage.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to vk01n's systems or network.
• Harassing, insulting, or intimidating other users.
• Abusing the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.

If any of the above violations are proven, vk01n reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

vk01n treats the privacy of users' personal information as its highest priority. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

Users' personal information is used only for service delivery, identity verification, and ensuring fair play. Data is not sold or shared with third parties — however, information may be provided to authorities if required to fulfil a legal obligation.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

vk01n may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• At the request of a nominee in the event of the account holder's death or incapacity.
• In accordance with a legal order or regulatory directive.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any user may request closure of their account at any time through support. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, however any bonus that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

vk01n operates as a safe and reliable platform. However, vk01n bears no responsibility for the following:

• A game session being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Delays or issues with third-party payment systems.
• Game results being affected by an unexpected technical error — in such cases vk01n will investigate and provide a fair resolution.

vk01n's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the user's actual deposited balance at that time.

11 Amendments to Terms

vk01n reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified at the time of logging into their account when significant changes are made.

Continued use of the platform after revised Terms are published indicates that the user has accepted the new Terms. The latest Terms will always be available on this page.

If any clause is found to be inapplicable or unlawful, the validity of the remaining clauses will not be affected.
